The purpose of the program is to provide students and professionals with the tools needed to reduce the risk of falling victim to sexual assault. In 2002, the program expanded its target audience to include elementary and college students. The Prevention Education Program utilizes a structured curriculum created by Women Together staff to increase awareness.
