Letter from the Executive
Women Together Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit agency that has been in operation for over thirty years. The mission of the organization continues the same and that is to provide shelter and crisis intervention for women and children who are victims of domestic violence or sexual assault.
The agency maintains a 45 bed shelter facility. Transitional Supportive Housing consists of 16 apartments, staff provides supportive services and crisis intervention counseling.
Our staff is available at the Family Justice Center and two Outreach Centers located in McAllen and Weslaco.
The highlights listed below reflect the families and individuals that we served in 2010. Our services cover Hidalgo and Starr Counties. Services are provided free at no charge to the clients.
As we go into our 32nd year of operation, the board of Directors and staff thank you for your continued support to ensure that women and children will live without fear, abuse or oppression in their homes.

Frida's Boutique
Frida's Boutique raises funds and recycles in-kind donations to assist clients with clothing and essential items during the transition process.
In 2010 this program assist 433 women and 663 children.
